HDFC being greedy af. home loan

So my loan is ready to be disbursed but hdfc drops the bomb now. says i need to select pre emi option only as they dont provide full emi for under construction properties. now selecting pre emi causes me a loss of 6 lakhs.
i want to know did anyone get full emi? for under construction if yes then which bank and branch/ city

SBI does offer full EMI for under construction property. Also prepayment is a breeze

Also lookout for recent interest cuts, HDFC might not cut your interest rate automatically.

In case of SBI, yes it goes directly to principal. If HDFC allows prepayment, it should go to principal

On their website (https://www.hdfc.com/housing-loans/...FC_Bank&utm_medium=personal-popular-home-loan), click on "FAQ and more" and then "Home loan repayment options." Take a screenshot and share it with the idiot who is insisting that you pay only interest.

Loan = SBI anyday or any PSU.

Loan should be taken from SBI Or BOB Or some psu ofc.
