In HDFC BillPay Portal There Are Two Options for Kotak Bank Credit Cards Especially for Kotak Have Two Option.

1st One is Kotak Bank Credit Card 2nd One is Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card 1st One Takes the Card Number as Input but 2nd One Takes the Mobile Number and the Last 4 Digits of the Credit Card Also Has a Bharat Bill Pay Logo.



So is There Any Difference or Are Both of Them Are Same? If Same So What is the Time Period of Bill Payment Settlement?

I tried with the 2nd option, got the amount credited instantly.

I tried to add a new Biller details using the second option (Mobile number + 4 digits of card). The biller status is showing as PENDING for the last three days. Usually, biller gets activated within 24 hours.
Is this a common issue?
