HDFC Billpay Smartpay not working?

So i scheduled a redgiraffe rent payment using HDFC Billpay Smartpay option (using diners credit card).

Scheduled date was 26 Feb but even after 3 days i got no message saying payment was executed. What went wrong? Did i need to do anything separately to execute Smartpay?

And also how does the smartpay even work - how can system execute payment without any OTP?

Scheduled date was 26 Feb, so payment initiated on 26 and it takes time to settle so it is in processing. HDFC billpay takes 3 working days for processing

Ok but how will it get executed without any OTP?
