HDFC Business Moneyback upgrade Issue

I recently requested for upgrdade of my HDFC Business Moneyback to regalia, as i hold Housing loan with HDFC and since they were issuing 3 Years free Regalia card for Housing loan customers, but got reply from customer care that "Business card cannot be upgraded to a retail credit card, however you can upgrade the same to another business card." and that if you wish to apply for a retail card, you can apply the same only after 6 months from the closing date of your Business Moneyback card.

Should i continue with the closure of business card, as it has no decent rewards or benefits or should try requesting for a better business card

Same issue i faced recently.
Even i sent them letter with Attached documents after almost 25 days of wait they Replied sorry upgrade not possible.

Even i hold prefered banking with them a current account and good Amount of Transactions.
I also hold business moneyback card.
Because of that not even online Offers Applicable on this card

WHenever i try to Shop from flipkart or Samsung.
It doesn't show any offers.
When asked customer care.
They said its a business card so no retails offers Applicable..

Keep business card and apply retail card, that you will get instantly within 7 days. Try from Paytm there are high chances of approval if you got freedom, Moneyback cards listed there, then ask customer care team to upgrade Moneyback or freedom card whatever you got.

I have business money back credit card since last 6 year and tata neu plus closed 3 month ago and got pixel play 1 month ago can I still apply for retail credit card with also have business money back card

I have a Biz Grow card. Can I apply for a normal card like the Millennia or Swiggy card without closing my current Biz Grow card? Does the Pixel card count as a normal card? Has anyone received an upgrade or any offers on the Pixel card?

U can apply for swiggy or tata neu and also for pixel, but for millennia with having Biz Grow I have no idea , basically I am also finding answer ( can I apply for core retail card with having business card ) or upgrade business card to normal retail card
