I submitted my application for regalia c2c 1 week ago and i received verification call today asking about how old is my card birth date n all

I applied on February 27th, received a verification number on March 1st, received a few calls for verification, and then after a few days, home address verification was completed. Since then, there has been no update, and it is still showing "in progress.

I just received an sms saying your application is approved in principle subject to internal checks.
