HDFC Card 2 Card Basis

I'm planning to apply for HDFC Bharat Card but want's to apply C2C basis. Can i apply this card on C2C basis online or have to apply offline?

You'll have to apply offline. Make sure the card you use for C2C is 6-12 months old at least.
