Hdfc card apply problem

Whenever I am trying to apply, I am getting this error. But I haven't applied for any credit card recently. guys do you have any solution for it? today is last day to get hdfc cards LTF.

Offline has no waiting still wait for 3 month
Let the system think itself that u have no credit card now

Agent will tell u 6 month but 3 is good for offline
