HDFC CC limit increase by salary slip

Hello,

How we can increase our HDFC Bank CC limit by sharing recent salary statement?
Can we mail them or we have to send them physical request by courier??
Can someone please share the process (E-mail ID ??) and experience if someone has done it before.......

Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, just request them via email. That should do the job.

They do say to send physical forms but tell them u are willing to share via email.

These days they are not entertaining documents via email channel.
Keep physical copies of 2 months pay slips, id card and LE form( u can download online) and give at credit card employee at branch or throw in drop box of hdfc branch.
They will send to Chennai in 5days mostly. U will get response email.
