Millennia hdfc credit card application

I applied for HDFC Neu Credit card via neu application . It was in process for almost 1 weeks and then declined. After multiple follow ups & escalation bank agreed to reverify address which earlier verifier had messed up. Home address verification happened and office address verification happened. after this I got a message that your HDFC card has been processed and it will take 2 working days After that status is still as it as DECLINE showing instead of In PROCESS.
I asked what next because I want to if this approval is final?

Write a mail to nodal and ask for a reason.

In your cibil if you have any non financial institution then hdfc wont gave any card unless you have ac

Get the hdfc ac or apply on c2c or until u get preaprroved pre approved in neu.

Hdfc won't give cards for non ac holders 99%

If they don't like your income or cibil details then you need to give debit mandate, for debit mandate only hdfc account holders are eligible.

Thanks for inform me, My cibil is 758 which is good, infect I am using others bank card like ICICI, AMEX, IDFC, SBI, PNB... and I got pre-appvoed offer when I applied via Neu app. I mailed at grivence readdresal of hdfc and esclation hdfc but getting response not as expected on time.

unfortunately I don't have HDFC bank account
