HDFC credit card declined

I have recently applied for HDFC Bank credit card through some agent online as it was pre approved in my account yet status of credit card is declined.
I have salary account with HDFC for more than a year. And net salary of 90k.

What can be done?
Anyone please help

Exact same thing happened with me.. did u try anything? Got the same reply in mail. Internal policy and all.
