Does anyone have experience dealing with HDFC's Grievance Redressal team? I emailed them a couple of weeks ago asking them to change my credit card from Intermiles to Regalia. I got a reply from the CC Escalation team after two days, and since then they are just giving me a one-week timeline to resolve the issue.
PS: The reason why emailed the Grievance team is because my RM is not helping at all.
