Hdfc dcb Addon Card application not processed

I applied for my wife dcb add on card 1 month ago through offline, submitted my documents in the branch. Till now they haven't processed my application nor the branch is reverting any details.
What should I do should I fill the form again and courier to chennai

In case your wife has account u can proceed with netbanking for add on process,if not then you have to re-send or you can reach phonebaning team or email and ask for the same.

Passport size photo aadhaar pan card only that is enough

I applied for hdfc add on through offline.

1 month no reply, then went online and applied online as well as wife has hdfc account. Got it within 10days.

2 months later, suddenly a package arrives with another add on for my wife.

Guess I'll keep both for son's lounge visits.
