Axis sends regular emails to Magnus about spend waiver threshold remaining for fee waiver mentioning the anniversary date. For me it is in Mid April and saw the Email, so applied for closure. I mailed to PNO for my Axis Atlas. They did give a detailed explanation. It was initial setup date by axis and not the date that we received and did our set up. Check the screenshot attached.
