HDFC Debit Card Charges for linked account

Hi TF members, I have a query regarding the HDFC linked accounts to the salary imperial account. I also see the imperial badging in the linked bank account as well. It currently has money back debit card. So do I get charged annual fees for this debit card? I am planning to upgrade the card to Millennia. Will I be charged if I do the upgrade?

Linked account is not salary account and not savings max.
