HDFC debit card upgrade no confirmation?

I applied for upgrade from HDFC moneyback debit card to millennia debit card but didn't receive any SMS or emails regarding that till now. Will arrive or is it still not applied.


Update:- my millennia card generated in the app now.

It will directly come to your home. This often happens with HDFC, they don't send anything. Keep checking internet banking, you should see new debit card there soon.

Same here. Opened a savings max account on 16th. offline. Got the cheque book and debit card in the kit. dc was moneyback in the kit. so decide to upgrade it to platinum, same day requested for upgrade. still no confirmation msg recieved not in the debit card section its still showing moneyback card. its been 10 days.

Raise a request again. But it might led to 2 times upgrade leading to additional debit card fees deduction

Yes I am doing that from yesterday but no new debit card shown till now. How many days takes you to get your card generated and delivered

it is there in ICICI, I supposed same for HDFC but not sure
