HDFC Debit Card Upgrade

HDFC debit card upgrade request is declined. I have tried 3-4 time via mobile app or netbanking everytime they declined my debit card upgrade request. Any solution to this.

For me two cards was generated through a single request and I received two cards. But 1 was deactivated later automatically. Their mobile platform is so strange. Better visit the branch.

You can not place upgrade request if previous upgrade request was placed less than 2 years from Netbanking or Mobile Banking. Only Branch visit can help.
