HDFC Debit Upgrade Rejected!

Idk what is issue here,
Applied third time's for Platinum Debit Card in HDFC Portal, Rejected!

Account Well Maintain Hai 0 Balance nahi hai fir bhi esa ho rha..

I can't visit branch as I am living in Rural area and job bhi yahi hai.
