Hdfc digiyouth account rejected

I applied for hdfc digisave account hoping for pre-approved offers in a few months, But received a mail after a few minutes that "we are unable to process your smart account application" "To know more, please contact your nearest Hdfc bank branch".
This is the first time I saw a account getting rejected. If anyone knows what could be the reason for rejection, Please tell me.

Not sure about hdfc, but banks often pause online onboarding when internal audit is going on or your pincode is blacklisted. Better to visit branch! Nothing will move forward by mail

In this case, there is no grievance. As a part of opening the said account, they wanted you to visit them physically so that it can be completed thereat.

If you already have an account with them n they have denied any promised service, then it becomes a ground for taking up with that grievance department.

I opened my 10k amb account online later visited the branch and converted it to digi youth. All process is completed in 10 dys. You can also try that.

Update: I had a contact in HDFC, They came to my house and opened the account with a 11k cheque and gave me a instant welcome kit with a platinum Debit Card. When I asked about the FYF moneyback Debit Card they said they have stopped issuing that Card which I think is a lie. The account is yet to be activated will update when it becomes active.

I opened 1.6 yrs back, for me they issued millennia.

I think really moneyback dc is phased out.

Millennia gives 400 pension every month, 590 annual charges, don't wish for pension?

Don't know about the benefits in moneyback card and will use the platinum Debit Card for cc bill payments to get cashback.

I'm not able to access netbanking and mobile banking, It says "customer ID is blocked for this service". I'm able to use UPI though.
Anybody else faced this issue?

No problem, if you got millennia, you can downgrade the debit card to platinum by raising request via netbanking or customer care
