This looks like you are trying to pay from Canara Setu. If your sole goal is overpaying, then you can try using Payzapp.

Else if you are using Plat DC, check unipay once, I am not sure if you can overpay from there.

You need to have positive outstanding amount in any case though.

Thank you for your suggestion. Yet to try PayZapp (will try). But unipay is only allowing 'min ₹200'
