HDFC Email notifications not received

I am facing an issue with HDFC Bank email notifications for successful transactions. Until November 24th, I was receiving email alerts for every successful transaction on my HDFC credit card. However, since then, I haven't received any email notifications despite several successful transactions.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I do get OTP for the transactions on my Personal email, Office Email as well as SMS.

I reached out to Customer care and their response was that they only send OTPs via SMS and no email is being sent. This didn't address my question about the lack of email notifications for successful transactions after the OTP has already been entered.
