HDFC Ergo insurance renewal bill not available on Amazon and Paytm

Hi All

Wanted to pay my motor insurance renewal through Amazon pay or Paytm. However both sites couldn’t fetch the bill. Says “ No bill due !! “ Checked with HDFC Ergo grievance team, they suggested to pay through Ergo web site. Wondering if others encountered similar issue. Please suggest a fix.

Did you find a way to pay the HDFC Ergo Motor insurance through AP wallet? I've a car insurance coming up and amazon can't find the bill nor HDFC ergo site has AP wallet options. Anyway to do this??

Found a way!!! Use Just Dial to pay your HDFC Ergo health bill and use Amazon Pay Wallet option!

Catch - Keep the DOB field blank while fetching the bill using Just Dial. I repeat, Do not enter anything.

Got so excited reading your comment on paying ergo renewal via justdial
Have been struggling for a month now trying to get it fixed on amazon pay and no luck
Tried it there but still throws same error
No bbps partner seems to be working. You were able to do it via justdial? Yeah, I left proposer DOB blank

Found a way!!! Use Just Dial to pay your HDFC Ergo health bill and use Amazon Pay Wallet option!

Catch - Keep the DOB field blank while fetching the bill using Just Dial. I repeat, Do not enter anything.

For me, after payment, it fails and refunds back to the wallet 🤐. There is also a 1.8% platform fee

there is a fee on health insurance? It shows me as no convenience fee on the payment page

Yeah for me showing 1.8% for Amazon wallet
Premium Amount ~17k
