HDFC grievance cell is asking for 3month payslips for cc application, but I recently started my job a month ago, and before that, I was an intern for six months. Should I consider faking payslips or tell them I was an intern or on a contract role?

I have contingent worker(internship ) invoice of 6 months and payslip of only 1 month i.e December 2024. Can I send these contingent worker invoices along with my one month salary slip or should I just send 1 month salary slip?

Also I'm a HDFC savings account holder since 5 years.
