HDFC Infinia & DCB devaluation - airline/hotel partners transfer ratio reduced

HDFC Bank has indirectly devalued their Infinia and DCB credit cards by reducing the conversion ratio from 1:1 to 2:1 for some partners, namely - Accor, Lifemiles, and Turkish. This change will take effect from 15th January 2024.

Therefore, the last date for a 1:1 transfer to the aforementioned partners is 14th January.

U r taking my last hope away😅. Is that real? We have only one month for transfer and it takes one month to credit points, so anymore transactions won't give 1:1 transfers😭. At least old transactions can be converted quickly.

Edit: My bill date is 15th, if they waited 2 more days, I could have transferred one more month of points😉. Bad luck. Does it make sense to change billing cycle to 12th so that I can get one more month of spends converted? Not sure if they will agree though, as I already did it once.

Btw, which tweet u r talking about on 24th?
