DCB HDFC IRCTC Rupay card on hold due to DCB

Dear friends,

I applied for IRCTC HDFC Rupay card and got notified that my application is put on hold stating I already have a DCB. I have salary account with HDFC.

Should I drop the idea or how should I pursue? My RM is clueless as always.

Ekdam sahi. Aaj tak kisi bhi product pe help nahi mila HDFC RM se.
