I received a mail from hdfc that if I maintain Mab in month of march I will receive a times prime membership . and in the mail and in the term and condition it is written clearly that membership code will be sent to eligible customer by 30th april . I maintain more than my mab in month of march 23 til now I have not received the membership code . plus hdfc is not responding properly to my complains . plus when I raised the issues with hdfc cares in twitter they are on another level I have shared the screen shots of the term and condition properly still they are saying that eligible customer will get the codes by 15th of may . plus one more I also raised a complain. with hdfc Grievance-Redressal on 30th april it was written that they will respond with in 2 working days today is 6th of may till now they have not replied me on my issue . what to do sir please tell .
