HDFC jumbo loan

I am getting hdfc jumbo jumbo loan at the 13.93 yearly reducing interest rate of the amount of 3 lakh for 3 years with 0 processing fee.is there any extra charges applicable on this loan.bank is saying there are no GST and others charges applicable on your loan amount.the interest amount will be 68699 in 3 years as shown in key fact statement.please guide me is it true? And if take personal loan what will be interest difference.

Yupp. In my Insta loan they are deducting gst extra on EMIs interest but not in jumbo loan

yes a new account in cibil will be created if you take a jumbo loan from hdfc
