HDFC limit increase method

I have hdfc dcbm and Swiggy card. My limit is 5.8L. I want to upgrade to infinia basis the spend criteria. I can spend 10L in 6 months but my limit is the issue. Any method to increase the limit. My civil score is 795 and I have multiple cards from multiple banks. Should I close other cards?

Send ITR + Salary slips or other income proof to HDFC Chennai office. But from recent news on the vine you will have to wait another 6 months form limit increase before you get Infinia.


Also, there are increasing reports that HDFC is not honoring upgrades basis spends criteria. Get it in writing from HDFC before you start on this path.

Chances are slim better wait & use dcbm slowly

Better to hold on to your dcbm.
Try for Limit increase with moderate spends every 6 months and then try for Infinia based on the criteria next year.
