HDFC Lounge Scam at Goa Dabolim Airport : Good times Lounge & Bar itself missing

Hello Friends,

I faced a frustrating experience at Goa Dabolim airport wrt lounge usage regarding which I have emailed HDFC and awaiting their response.
They listed Good times lounge & bar on their supported lounges file however it is nowhere to be seen
In the same place, a new entity called "Brewhouse" has been set up and they do not accept HDFC Regalia Gold cards for complimentary lounge access

Due to this I had to face embarassment, frustration and additional expenses
Any legal medium which can be used (with details please) to pursue this with HDFC?

IMO, it doesn't make sense to fight or argue over this.

No banks update latest info in their system realtime.
