HDFC ltf CC offer

I have been getting a sms on a daily basis about a ltf hdfc cc offer with rs.5000 voucher. If I click on the link in sms, it takes me the hdfc portal. I think it is a valid url. Should I block this sender? I didn't t fill details in the page.
