HDFC made two enquiries while applying for credit card and does not show anything just loads back to homepage.

as the title suggests, I tried to apply for an HDFC credit card, entered all the details, and it accessed my bank statements, etc. Then, it just loads back to the homepage. I thought it was a glitch, so I tried again. They did another enquiry, and the same thing happened, it just loaded back to the homepage of that applyonline.hdfc website asking for ph and pan card.
No verdict whatsoever. Are these unethical practices or just a bad website?

It's just Bad trash website. I faced similar issue. You can request them for removal. (may/may not)

They're asking for cibil report, from where do I get that?
I only received the ecn number and the bank associated on sms, and can generate only one free report in an year.

Get subscription or fetch using airtel app, (they send complete report on email sometimes)
