Shifting the post from old thread to this one as I think I've put that one in wrong forum related to cards

Just to understand better you know that cashback listed in last screenshot is 1st July - 31st July and not related to your statement.

And you provided purchases from 7th July to 31st July. And I'm hoping nothing purchased between 1st July - 6th July. Is that correct?

In that case, as per product feature EMI should be 1%

and 5% categories max. eligible cashback in a month - 1000 (nothing further, not 1% for remaining like that. 1000 fix)

Below 100 - Ignore = 0.
Now, calculate remaining spends like IRCTC, Paytm, Gyftr = 31

Ignore, amazon, Uber, FK because you exceeded 1000 in that month.

Yes, I'm aware of that fact and no purchase till 7th.
In that case--> Look at last transaction I did for 10000 on smart buy where's that cashback ( 1% ) ? 100 rs also my emi was around 45K on AMZ and I got 5% on that rather than 1% i think

90% chance that, sometimes the purchases we did during (or close to) billing date or month end, falls to next month.

I did some purchase online on 28th of that month (thought I lost some cashback because it will exceed 1000 limit), but surprisingly they skipped that in that month and kept next month with 1000 full cashback.

So, check this month you might get better understanding especially those 31st transactions.
