What is the way to track spends for milestone completion on hdfc credit card? Is it based on bill generation or overall spends and is there any way to check progress

Quarterly milestone

Its based on calendar qtrly spend based, for ex it will based on amount spend on Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun & so on.
if you spend 1 lakh in a qtr then you will get 1,000

Not based on bill generated
