4. can 1 person hold more than 1 hdfc credit card as primary holder? across combination of visa/diners?
5. do preferred banking customers get millenia ltf? if yes, then is the ltf gets charged if the preferred tier is converted into normal account?

No of lounges that can be accessed (on diners) and acceptance of card (on visa).

You do not get international lounge access on Millennia.

1000rs per statement cycle. (Both 5% partners and other spend categories except fuel)

Might be possible since this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
