To which mail did you send the request for detailed cashback. I send the mail to grievance team and got a reply from escalation team that as per their policy they can't provide detailed transaction wise cashback.

Mailed to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com on 6th November.

Got response from escalation.cc@hdfc.bank.in on 10th November , with detailed transaction wise statement.

HDFC Swiggy totally uselss for me there are not clarity on cashback even they give 1% cashback on Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq and and many more sites lastly i canceled my swiggy card last year...

I am new to HDFC Rupay. can someone explain how the rewards are calculated on the HDFC rupay card for UPI transactions? is there a minimum purchase like Rs 50 or Rs 100 to get the rewards or there is no minimum purchase criteria and its 1% of the total amount spent? like say for example my upi spend of Rs10 also has a 1% rewards and its only the total amount spent on all upi transactions? which i can withdraw the cahback later towards the statement/
