Ordered a product worth Rs 247 on Flipkart using UPI payment method.
I immediately cancelled it and got refund of Rs 240.( no refund of 7 rupees platform fee ).

But in refund amount merchant name is different( UPI-Pine Labs Pvt Ltd), no mention of FLIPKART.

My question is , they will deduct same 5% or 1% or 0% cashbback on refunded amount as FLIPKART merchant name is not mentioned in Refund amount?

Flipkart not refund plateform fee you can check same in Flipkart order page.

Each refund comes with rrn so, it will not attract any cashback..

If the customer cancels the order then no refund.

If the order cancelled by merchant then the entire amount should be refunded --> else it will be legal issue for them.
