Hdfc milliniea cc applying issue

I am trying to apply for hdfc milliniea cc through their website but after entering all details its displaying others 3 cards as eligible. HDFC Dinners black, Hdfc swiggy CC [LTF]and Tata neu Rupay [LTF].
My main use case is to buy Amazon GC and shop through amazon or flipkart.
Can any1 pls let me know how to apply for milliniea cc. It would be gd if I can get it as LTF
And how to know whether they will issue Visa or mastercard or someother network?
