the HDFC MoneyBack Plus Card provides 10x reward points on Amazon purchases. If I use the card directly on Amazon, will I earn 3.33% in reward points?

Yes you will

Lets say Amazon spend = ₹1500
So Rp = 1500/150 = 10 * 2 = 20 * (10x bonus points ) = 200 points.
Value of 1 point = ₹0.25 Therefore, 200 points = ₹50

Rewards = 50/1500 * 100 = 3.33%
