the HDFC MoneyBack Plus Card provides 10x reward points on Amazon purchases. If I use the card directly on Amazon, will I earn 3.33% in reward points?

YES. Same for other brands in that image. Do note: Limit restrictions apply, might be upto 14k or something when I checked last time to reach the limit. After that its 2 CP / 150.
