My mom isn't a big user of credit cards. She currently has the Moneyback with 8.9L limit. She got the HDFC UPI card a while back and it's been her daily driver. Got the Tata Neu Infinity LTF this week. She got pre-approved Millennia last month but now it's not showing up on the app. I mailed them asking them to convert Rupay to LTF and Upgrade to Regalia LTF but they declined both. Is there any use in escalating?
