HDFC Mycards CC Replacement Query

Hi everyone, in Mycards, under Services, we have two options for CC replacement.
1. Block and Re-issue
2. Replace

I see that after clicking Re-issue, it mentions charges will be added to statement. But for Replace, it mentions 0 charges.

Two Qs:
1. What is the difference between these two?
2. What are the charges in the 1st option?
3. Does the card number change for anyone of these options?

1. Have you lost the card and are trying to get a replacement card? Option 1.
2. Card damaged or not working as expected? Option 2.

Charges might be 199 + 18% = 236 (not sure, just a guess)

If you block the card and ask for re-issue, most probably you get a card with different number as expected.
