HDFC netbanking not allowing money transfer

I opened my account few days ago and received instant kit by branch. I am able to login into netbanking but not register for money transfer the new netbanking ask to fill form and submit in nearest HDFC bank branch. I remember I did for other account via atm pin a while back

Register for Third party fund transfer by authenticating debit card details.

Don't you see option for registration of that in netbanking ??

i think they messed up while re-designing the webpage.
