Hdfc neu card upgrade

I have hdfc millinia with 223k limit and i have applied for Tata neu card and i am eligible for Tata neu infinity but by mistake i have applied Tata neu plus which has been approved and received today.

I want to know that When I eligible or request for upgrade to neu infinity.

Some local HDFC executive told me to apply for LTF Tata neu hdfc card physically?
Is't workout? I had no account/ no hdfc other card. Tq

Then you can upgrade ..if you have any unbilled NEU coins it won't be transferred to new card
