HDFC Neucard statement doubt

I have received my first statement for HDFC Tata Neu Infinity card. However for bill pay transactions through Tata Neu app, the reward rate seems to be 1.5% like UPI transactions in the reward column of statement.

1. Does 3.5% additional neucoins get credited on app over and above this
2. Is this some discrepancy which needs to be taken up with custoner support

read the whole statement
in the base rewards sections
and if you have paid bills through upi you will only receive 1.5%
if you have paid it through payment gateway by using card then you will get 5%

What I have observed is for bill payment via tata neu app they promise 5% cb but in the current statement they give 1.5% and in the next statement they give the remaining 3.5%
