HDFC No Cost Emi issue

hey folks,

I bought a TV from reliance digital with a 6 months no cost emi, but the issue was in my haste, I opened mycards and requested a loan foreclosure request instead of canceling emi.

I hasn't received a emi is converted message and didn't see any option in mycards for the same, only loan foreclosure request was there.

now HDFC Charged me 500rs + GST as interest for two days and today charged me 199 as emi processing fee

is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

I talked to customer care, and according to them, loan pre closure and cancellation is different hence the charges which does make sense but it's an extra 1k I hadn't taken into account and would really prefer if I could somehow get it back
