I have a MoneyBack since 2015 - originally 1L limit, they increased to 1.3L about a year back. I never asked, and for some time on the interface it showed the LE with a fee (and taxes), I didn't take! Finally one day I picked up their call and they finally they did it without a fee.
Currently, I have an upgrade to Millenia offered.
I checked for limit enhancement on the website, didn't get any.
They called too (of course!) I spoke a couple of times, and asked if they could do something about the minimum spend, they BSd me and I had to hang up.
I will be able to manage the higher spend on the card if I got a higher limit - like 4L. 🙂 OR if it became a UPI-compatible card. Millenia unfortunately seems unavailable in RuPay (so no UPI). Are they likely to give a good enough LE if I take the upgrade? Or should I just try emailing payslips and stuff first? I.e., will recent upgrade increase LE changes?

Better you first mail them along with income documents, if not successful, send physical letter to their Chennai office.... Mine limit was just 87k when they issued me Money Back cc, but now i have 2.36l and also card upgrade from money back to millennia and also i have infinity with same limit. Mine limit was increased when i did heavy txns with the card, also card upgrade came when i utilised 90% limit in just one month in a single txn!!!
