HDFC Not Sending OTP For Address Confirmation

I have Pre-Approved Credit Card Offer in HDFC Account but When I Submiting The Form I am not Receiving The OTP



HDFC Sends Me Lots of Mail But Not Sending OTP.

Not On Mail I am talking about OTP on Mobile Number.

It doesn't seem preapproved offer. I too getting same mails and i dont have any offer
