HDFC PayZap Fs up Twice again: Paid SBI CB Credit Card w Axis Burgundy MC DC. 1. Credit after 4-5 days 2. Fail due to Amount not match. What BS?

Just last few days twice i've had failed payment to SBC Card using Axis Burgundy DC via PayZap.

One they refunded after 4 days and said failure due to Axis but the damn debited the amount and then credited it back after 4-5 days.

Second time they did right away saying amount is different from merchant so it failed, when in actuality the amount is auto pulled by PayZapp from SBI.

WTF is going on? Amounts around 16.5 / 16.7 k - Is there something I need to fix? KYC etc is all done and Online Spend limits are also higher.

ANYONE HEAR OF ANYONE EXPERIENCING THIS?

Third attempt and again, apparently vendor is not ready.

They will claim SBI was not responding and SBI will claim they have no such record.

MobiKwik is asking for 80 Rs or so extra charge to process due to it be MC or MC from AXIS.

What are my other options to use the DC?

Why you want to use Burgundy DC?
It is not going to give any Edge Rewards at any CC Bill Payment Platform which is Accepting DC 🤣

Okay Thanks for all your inputs.

This was such a cluster F.

After multiple attempts to pay via PZ & Airtel last few days I gave up.

Today I tried piece by piece method suggested by @Abhishek012 using
1000 x 5 - via Airtel App. Then it stopped me as not allowing to retrieve bill more times. I dont want it but automated bull.
Then there was 3011 outstanding balance remaining from the 8011.

So paid that via Canara Bank portal that was suggested by him.

Success.

Now the drama of whether anymore can be paid or received or rejected by SBI.

SBI keeps sharing 16k amount and given after the refunds outstanding is 8k.

But the bloody apps & bill retreival auto pull and sticks to 16k - which SBI apparently is not allowing me to pay.

This must be the issue and I will try to see if and how much more I can pay to SBI to see where this experiment breaks & blocks.

PS: Tried to put another 1000 Rs after paying the Outstanding balance and it fails at Canara Bank BBPay.

It has to do with SBI idiots blocking anything more than Outstanding Balance, while repeatedly insisting on & and feeding us the Bill Due amount.
