HDFC personal loan CIBIL issue

I have taken an HDFC personal loan, and I have paid the EMI four times(one per month), which has been reported on CIBIL for four months as paid. Now, after the fifth EMI, HDFC has erased the record of the first four payments on CIBIL, providing a fresh start, and only the fifth EMI is showing.
No CHANGE in CIBIL score
is it normal?
why?

Are we talking about official CIBIL page? Could you share payment history screenshot (it won't contain any details just months and either 0 or XXX or if there is a delay those days).
