HDFC Pixel Card Category Clarification

Seen many threads where asked about HDFC pixel is core card or not.


I got my doubt clarified from backend developer.

HDFC Pixel Card itself not part of HDFC Cards ecosystem yet. It comes under payzapp wallet.

So hdfc bank have verticle payzapp and under payzapp it had only prepaid Card. But now Pixel also added under payzapp revenue model.


There is discussion on merging Pixel into hdfc cards ecosystem but that a long go.

Thats the reason the card does not get seen in my cards or its not visible to cc executive.
Payzapp have saperste team to handle Pixel cards

Hence don't take it considering it as HDFC Core card cause its not YET.

There is a option to RAISE tickets.
I've raised 2 tickets regarding LTF & a transaction dispute(CP)
Both were replied in 24-48 hrs timeline

There is. But no on call support. You get new option enable in payzapp help section where executive reply within 24 hours to your queries

It is still under HDFC CC portfolio, in case of PNO or RBI complaint that shall go through HDFC only ?

Yes. For RBI Complaint it shall go through HDFC only. But pno will not be able to take care. Pno also will advise to use payzapp help section.

In payzapp itself after ticket closure. You can reopen the same with 👎 feedback and comment which gets assigned to escalation desk.

That means escalation matrix is broken as there is no PNO which is must as per RBI guidelines for Lending institutions

So basically its not broken. Everything will be through payzapp help section only. Even escalations as well
