HDFC Pixel query

I have two queries.
1. Do I have to go through physical/virtual verification for this card?
2. It listed that in PayZapp this card will give 3% as e-commerce category. Does it mean I will get 3% cashback in utility bill payments through PayZapp and 8% cashback in buying brand voucher using smart buy?

2. 3% in utility bills - Yes, but limit is per month 500 (=16k), 8% brand voucher - No, do check above pdf about exclusions. Page #5 for TnCs.

I applied for Millennia and requested them to close my Tata Neu. But incase they aren't going to provide me the same, I will request for Pixel.
So for gift voucher using smart buy I can get 5%.
