Pay through SBI UNIPAY, jio payments bank.As HDFC is not registered yet we can't pay CC bills through HDFC Bill Pay and get the 1% cashback benefit.
i genuinely think this is not fair practice and you should take this to RBI Ombudsman. as you are receiving your debit card for the first time, HDFC said it comes with a fee of 750, but now how did they change the basic structure?

like in PNB they hiked their debit card charges but remain untouched their already issued cards. i still pay 177 for my PNB Rupay platinum dc although it is now 295 rs.
take this to the RBI Ombudsman. it is a circular available for credit cards that says banks cannot change the fee once they are issued to customers. like LTF cards cannot be charged after some time.
As of now I don't trust Unipay, as a lot of people recently reported issues with bill payment.Pay through SBI UNIPAY, jio payments bank.
